RELEASE OF LIABILITY

{ Your Full Name } (Hereinafter “GUEST”) is hereby granted access and permission to enter the property of BLUEGRASS FARM & LODGE, LLC in Grayson County, Kentucky on today’s date December 22, 2024. Note, when permission is granted on future days, a new release will not be signed. This Release will remain in force for the remaining calendar year. { Your Initials }   (Guest initial)

GUEST, for himself, his guests, agents, employees, executors, heirs and next of kin, here by releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BLUEGRASS FARM & LODGE, LLC and Michael Schroering, Dale B. Skaggs Jr. and Mike Stigler, their respective agents, employees, successors or assigns, and all of their officers, employees and directors; herein referred to as “Releasees,” from all liability, costs or damages, including attorney’s fees incurred defending any claim whatsoever, arising out of any claim, injury or any occurrence resulting from personal injury or damage to property whether caused by the negligence or intentional act of the Releasees or otherwise, while in or upon any personal or real property of BLUEGRASS FARM & LODGE, LLC. GUEST also accepts full responsibility for any and all hunting, camping, tree stand related or all-terrain vehicle (aka. ATV’s, Four- Wheelers, motorcycles, etc. al.) accidents. { Your Initials }   (Guest initial)

GUEST, for himself, his guests, et al., hereby assumes full responsibility for the risk of bodily injury, death or property damage whether or not due to the negligence of Releasees while participating in activities upon real or personal property of BLUEGRASS FARM & LODGE, LLC. { Your Initials }   (Guest initial)

This instrument shall be applicable to any accident, injury or event that occurs. GUEST for himself and his guests personally accepts all liability and responsibility for the actions of everyone with him or her (including minors, friends, associates, guests, etc.).

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GUEST for himself and his or her guests, friends, associates, minors, etc. waives any right to present any legal claim or suit against the Releasees, whether based on negligence, breach of contract, breach of warranty, strict product liability, dangerous condition of property or any other legal theories.
